The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has taken a broader approach to aid employers on addressing drugs in the workplace. This panel of speakers will talk on the various programs that can work together to help provide employers with more opportunities for assisting their employees that will provide additional savings.
This presentation will discuss the BWC’s holistic program approach with program overviews with intersecting opportunities. Why take this approach, because of the numerous problems in the workplace relating to stress, drugs and alcohol and other health issues. They will also discuss how to measure VOI and ROI and implementation of best practices. There will be sufficient time for questions and answers.
Mr. Mark Clendenin is the Regional Business Development Manager for Northeast Ohio and serves as an ambassador for BWC’s CEO/Administrator. Ana’ Bell currently serves as an intern for the BWC’s Better You, Better Ohio! Statewide wellness program. Crystal Norris is a Program Manager in the Employer Programs Department and Todd Colquitt is the Director of Substance Use Recovery & Workplace Safety Program at the BWC.
The cost of this meeting is $5. This money will help ease the strain on the Safety Council’s budget due to the current situation. We deeply appreciate your support and continued participation with our meetings during this difficult time.

Please note that the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation BWC’s Safety Council Rebate Program has been suspended for the Program Year 2021-22.
